The Scottish Social Services Learning Network South East supports the learning and development of the social services workforce in the South East of Scotland.

The Learning Network South East works with stakeholders in:

• City of Edinburgh
• East Lothian
• Midlothian
• West Lothian
• Scottish Borders

The Network supports the learning and development needs of service users and carers, employers, employees, students and volunteers. The Network also works in partnership with the statutory, voluntary and private sectors covering education and health.

The Network encourages partnership working through identifying areas for collaboration. Together with its stakeholders, the Network promotes, encourages and develops an understanding, highly qualified and motivated social services workforce which will improve outcomes for service users and carers.
